The project consisted in adding a new conveyor measuring 800 m long, with a capacity of 8,000 metric tons per hour, by connecting the current SFPPN facilities to the boat loading facilities of the Port of Sept-Îles. The project also included the modification of the existing SFPPN transfer tower and the addition of a transfer tower at the Port of Sept-Îles.
