Working hours : 37.5 hours/week Monday to Friday

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the work on site;
  • Ensures the smooth technical progress of the work;
  • Plans, organizes, supervises and coordinates all the activities of employees and subcontractors on site in the various specialties;
  • Assigns personnel to the tasks to be accomplished;
  • Ensures compliance with plans and technical specifications;
  • Ensures compliance with technical standards and the quality of work performed;
  • Ensures compliance with technical standards and the quality of the work performed; Ensures compliance with deadlines and budgets;
  • Ensures compliance with safety standards on the construction site and accident prevention;
  • Writes daily reports;
  • Notifies the project manager of any anomaly, delay or non-compliance;
  • Ensures the application of company procedures;
  • Ensures the application of the company’s procedures; Ensures the application of site regulations and directives;
  • Validates inspection and test plans.
  • Determines and optimizes the selected construction methods in order to meet the schedule and budget;
  • Ensure the quality of the work execution
  • Participate in daily and weekly site coordination meetings with the client, its representatives and subcontractors;
  • Collect time sheets from workers and subcontractors and forward them to the accounting department;
  • Maintain up-to-date as-built drawings.

Your profile:

  • DEP or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture;
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in site supervision;
  • Experience in building construction;
  • Experience in reading plans;
  • Scheduling management;
  • ASP Construction Card;
  • Ability to communicate comments to clients and team;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Fluency in written and spoken French;
  • Autonomy, attention to detail and initiative;
  • Good time and priority management.
