Representative of the project manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervises the work on site;
• Ensures the smooth technical progress of the work;
• Assigns personnel to the tasks to be accomplished;
• Ensures that plans and technical specifications are respected;
• Ensures compliance with technical standards and the quality of the work performed;
• Participates in site meetings;
• Ensures compliance with deadlines and budgets;
• Ensures compliance with safety standards on the construction site and accident prevention;
• Writes daily reports;
• Notifies the project manager of any anomaly, delay or non-compliance;
• Ensures the application of company procedures;
• Ensures the application of the company’s procedures; Ensures the application of site regulations and directives;
• Validates inspection and test plans.

Your Profile:

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Civil Engineering;
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in site supervision;
• Experience in building construction;
• Experience in reading plans;
• ASP Construction card;
• Autonomy and resourcefulness;
• Organizational skills and excellent communicator;
• Scheduling management;
• Valid driver’s license.
